Seiichi Mochizuki望月 誠一 — Founder, Meta Flow AI
Joined IBM Japan in 1991. Spent 21 years across PC development, solution engineering, and service delivery—including a contribution to the ThinkPad 235 program and renewal projects for major financial institutions. Received IBM Japan Division Awards (1996/2001/2006), the SE Award (2011), and a stock-option grant from the US headquarters (2001).
From 2013, moved through foreign and domestic consultancies. Currently General Manager and Senior Consultant in the IT Strategy Consulting practice at Happifeeling. Primary focus areas: DX driven by Salesforce Sales / Experience Cloud, and planning, design, and operational application of Generative-AI agent platforms on Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Gemini / AgentSpace).
Strengths lie in understanding requirements, design, development, and operations end-to-end—and bridging business intent with technical implementation. Multinational-team experience across Japan, US, and India contributes to architecture organization that anticipates production rather than stopping at PoC.
