01 / Stake

What every quarter of PoC limbo quietly costs you.

Between "tried it" and "running in production" lies a ravine that quietly erodes the business in three ways:

01

Investment becomes sunk cost

Tens of millions in PoC spend lands as "learnings" you defend at every quarter close. The next budget request stays frozen until the last "unresolved" recedes from memory.

02

The time-advantage gap widens

Competitors are already running in production, accumulating operational logs, fine-tunes, and field knowledge. By the time model capability catches up, the gap in data and operating capital is widening exponentially.

03

Organizational GenAI fatigue

"It doesn't work in the field" burns into organizational memory, raising the bar for the next attempt. Gravity pulls everything toward "let the vendor do it" — and internal build capability quietly atrophies.

— What does it take to avoid these three?

02 / Position

The field is moving.
Yet the path beyond PoC remains unclear.

Generative AI has cleared the validation phase. What enterprises now confront is a different set of questions: how do we move to production? Who owns operations? How do we tighten governance and audit? Meta Flow AI is not a consultancy and not an SI shop. We are "the practitioner alongside the decision-maker, walking the project all the way to a running operation." 21 years at IBM and 12 years across foreign and domestic consultancies—33 years of knowing how decisions actually pass through a board, and what it takes to land production.

Boardroom-ready languageWe know how proposals, audits, and board approvals actually move. ROI is rewritten in the lexicon of executives.
Floor-ready granularityOperations design, SLAs, exception handling, and people development—articulated at a granularity that can be handed off.
Stall-stopping diagnosticsFor stalled, burning, or paralyzed projects, we enter with a structural 90-day turnaround package.
03 / Services

Three service lines.
Both anchored in production, and built to clear collective decision-making.

We don't end at a proposal. We bring decision-makers, the floor, and audit to a place where all three speak the same language. Single diagnostic, monthly engagement, or structural recovery for stalled projects—we engage at the depth required.

07 / Approach

Four phases. PoC to production.

Standard is 90 days plus a monthly engagement. Single diagnostic also available. At every phase, deliverables are converted into materials decision-makers can use directly.

PHASE 01

Diagnose診断

Inventory the current PoC, operations, organization, and contracts—through the lens of the decision-maker. Reframe the information into a form that clears collective approval.

Week 0–2 · Diagnostic report delivered
PHASE 02

Design設計

Production architecture, operating model, SLAs, audit governance, and education—designed as a unified system. Craft an interim proposal that lands both executive approval and floor-level consent.

Week 3–6 · Through investment approval
PHASE 03

Deliver実装

Build out the production implementation of priority use cases, alongside internal teams or vendors. Also functions as a PMO that immediately closes decision lags.

Week 7–12 · Production release
PHASE 04

Defend定着

Internalize operational KPIs, risk governance, and improvement cycles. Exit criteria and next-phase options are designed in from day one.

Month 4 + · Monthly engagement

10 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you contract with enterprises as a sole proprietorship?+
Yes. A standard professional-services agreement is on hand—covering NDA, anti-social-forces clauses, and limitation of liability—and adjusted to your procurement criteria. Invoice billing (30–60 day terms) and withholding-tax arrangements supported. Incorporation is on the roadmap; if your credit or procurement requirements demand it earlier, please raise it.
Can you operate alongside external vendors?+
Yes—this is a strength. From the buyer side, we facilitate, negotiate, and quality-control deliverables with major foreign and domestic vendors. Extensive experience negotiating with English-speaking vendors and offshore teams.
Is the diagnostic report fine as a standalone?+
Yes. The diagnostic report is built to be useful as a standalone decision-making artifact, not as a sales funnel into a larger engagement. Continuation is optional. Even if you proceed with another vendor afterward, the structured analysis remains yours to use.
Is engagement remote-only?+
Primarily remote. For kickoffs, executive reporting, and field workshops where in-person works better, we travel. Greater Tokyo, Tokai, and Kansai are within standard scope. International venues and global meetings are handled with English facilitation accounting for time-zone differences.
How is confidentiality handled?+
An NDA is signed before the first meeting. The track-record cases displayed on this site are abstracted by industry and scale and contain no proprietary information. When a specific reference is required, we obtain prior consent from the relevant party and share only within the permitted scope.
